Each State has a Start and End value (duration of how long it has been in state would be the difference). If the State is Closed Complete, it will not have an End value because that is the last possible State it can be in, and I am only worried about the Start Value (Date it was Closed Complete).
REMINDER: Column Start is the date the RPA was started, not the start of the State it is in.
-The States go Submitted->Active->(On Hold->Closed Cancelled->)Closed Complete
-On Hold and Closed Cancelled are not mandatory
-If put On Hold it can go back to Active and vice versa
-Once it has hit Closed Cancelled or Closed Complete, it can not go back and there will be no End value
In column (Max of) Days Worked, I am trying to display how many days the RPA has been worked on (Earliest) Start until Today, that is working fine. For those that are Closed Complete, I want to display the days it took from (Earliest) Start to get to Closed Complete. It currently is showing 0 for those days, which makes complete sense based on my formulas but i want it to show the time the RPA Started to when it got to Closed Complete.
