DATASET not refreshing

Hi there,

I know there are lots of topics posted about dataset not refreshing and this is another one I'm afraid.

Since 25/05/23 my datasets are not refreshing due to imcompatibility with the new version of PVA.

The error occure due to the new PVA bot id not compatible with the dataset.

I already turn off and on again and did all the troubleshoot processess and nothing changed.

Any help will be appreciated.

See below the email message that I'm receiving daily:

chatbotreports data refresh disabled chatbotreports data refresh has been disabled. Next refresh for chatbotreports is scheduled for June 2, 2023 23:00 UTC.
