My Excel Data Sheet has 20 ROWS of DATA. When I refresh in POWER BI DESKTOP, only 10 rows pull through.
I have saved my Excel. I also change it to more rows in EXCEL but only the first 10 rows pull through.
Where is the limit set?
Many thanks

Hey,
this is really odd.
Maybe you can share youre Excel file, upload the file to onedrive or dropbox and share the link.
Regards,
Tom
Hey,
there is no row limit (besides the available RAM).
For this reason this is very odd.
One reason could be that you selected a named range or an Excel table and both are in way configured to just contain the first 10 rows. Maybe you might check these configuration. Can you please check that you reference the complete sheet as the data source for your query.
Hopefully this will provide you some ideas.
Regards,
Tom
Hi
I have checked and it is not RAM
Also check the entire sheet is referenced
no Named ranges
I am also baffled. I will rewrite the DASHBOARDS and if i get the issue again i will open the ticket
