DATA connectivity

Hello All,

I have my PBX file and Datasource files (EXCEL Files) in Drop Box, Please let me know with below queries.

1. I could able to refresh the data from my system, but when the other user try to update it gets failed every time.

     How can i get this possible if the other users wish to update the data?

2. I tried using the link of the dropbox to update the path in Data source path was not possible, could you please help me with the path and process?
