DASHBOARD NOT REFRESHING AUTOMATICALLY

This past week, I noticed that the dashboard tiles are not refreshing automatically.

The reports and datasets are refreshing automatically. But the dashboard is not responsive everytime the refresh occurs.

I thought I have done some filters on reports so I re-pinned the tiles. But no luck.

After observing, the tiles are not updated until I refresh the browser itself.

(WEEKS AGO)  It is working properly before and even displays Refreshed Now in our dashboard.

This frustrates me because I need to refresh the browser so we can see the updated dashboard.

I tried updating the browser and downgrading and it still behaves the same.

Were you every able to resolve this? I am having the same problem on several dashboards. I tried what the last comment suggested with no luck. Clearing cache and using a different browser didn't help, and adding the show last refresh time doesnt change until I refresh the browser....which is about what I expected. 

I have been in contact with powerbi support and they are WOEFUL, like a dog chasing its own tail.

It eventually refreshed the dashboard automatically.

hi, @mussaenda 

I suggest (that) you clear browser cache or change another browser then try it again.

And then kindly enable "Display last refresh time" for the dashboard to test if the tie is refreshed.
