D365 Finance and Operations reports: Performance Reviews

I'd like to write a report (Power BI) over Performance Reviews from d365 Finance and Operations.  We'd like to show all employees, their review scores and detailed comments from the reviewer.  Has anyone written such a report?  What tables from odata are used?  I can't find anything containing the above data.

Is there a comprehensive data dictionary somewhere?  Or does each F&O user need to create their own?

    Is the Usage metrics report dataset what you want? 

    • Report usage Provides information about report views and report viewers, such as how many users viewed the report by date.
    • Report performance Shows the typical report opening times broken down by consumption method and browser types.
