Customized sort column in descending order in small multiples

Hi Expert,

I had a visual with small multipes in below.
User need to select "Sort by 2023" filter (with option: descending & ascending) to sort the result accordingly. Kindly ask how to do that ?

I've try create sepeate year table and link with key data table, then create measure and place in visual tooltips, this work if I didn't use small multiples, however, I need that and another seperate filters for sort by ascending & descending order.
