Customize power bi desktop installation- turn off functionalities

Hi ,

 

Do you know if we can customize power BI installation so we can disable some functionality, we want to manage data source importing in power BI desktop, we want to

 

- Turn off Importing of Data from Web URL

 

- Turn off Import data mode for SQL: limit user to  use the direct query mode

    Unfortunately, this feature has not been proposed yet.

    In the official Microsoft documentation of PowerBI, I did not find any introduction to related functions.

    For your requirement, you could post it in Power BI ideas.
