Customize data table with 2 sources for MTD till previous day (today minus one day)

Hello Team,

I am struggling for a long time to complete one task which I have show MTD status untill previous day.

I would like have a table which has Type, Plan and Actual.

Plan sheet - It will have plan through out this year.

Actual - It will have Actual production till today.

Type is common column between Plan sheet and actual sheet.

Since our company following fiscal calender (4-4-5), Month will not start from 1st and will not end by 30th or 31st.

So, I would like to create a table for customized one which can be adjusted monthly once for start date only.

End date is always today minus 1 day. Currently I am doing like below and I would like to automate this one so I can set start date monthly once manually.

Current : (Setting start date monthly once and end date daily basis)

Desired : Setting start date in the measure once in month and end date minus one is automatic.
