Customize KPI indicator visual or similar ones

Hi guys,

Can anyone know how to customize this visual?

it is set to show the colours if

beyond the target=green

the same=amber

below the target=red(always red if not meet green target but hope to put 2nd target grade as below)

but I would like to revise as

over 85%=green

60%<= value < 85=amber

below 60%=red

but there seems no Fx function,,

so Can't I edit it? or anyone knows any other similar visuals can setting up 2 target levels?

To my knowledge, Power BI doesn't provide this type KPI visual. You could try to create this type visual by youeself.

Can I slighly edit it from original visual? then how?

or only have to make it from scratch?
