Customise the 'More Options' Visual Header Icon with only 'Export Data'

Hi there,   Is there a possibility to customize the 'More Options' tab in the Header Icons?  I only need the 'Export Data' option.  All other options should be hidden.  Or maybe I should rephrase m...

    Not possible. More options can't be customized to show only Export Data.

    Workaround: Power Automate visual button with "Export to CSV/Excel" action. Single-click export.

    You can’t customize the “More options (…)” menu to show only “Export data.” That menu is controlled by Power BI and can’t be selectively trimmed per option.

     

    If your goal is to expose only Export to users, what you could do is:

    1. Turn off header icons
    2. Add a button (or icon) labeled “Export”
    3. Use:
      • Paginated report (RDL) for controlled Excel export, or
      • invoke a Power Automate action that would trigger your request
