Customise Power BI theme

Calling out to Mike_Carlo can you help on this? Do you have a list of the properties for the visual that they can be changed in the themes file?
Let me clarify, for example, I cannot customize the properties of a matrix, like the column/row header and lots of other properties.
Even, I don't know the name of the properties in a matrix. The offical document doesn't mention it and the website you mentioned also doesn't have a related configuration.
The best solution I think is there's a file providing a collection of all the dependencies in the theme.
