Good day Team,
I have built an report and it works great, over the last two months I been refrashing the data manauly via Power BI Desktop app. All my data sets work fine even the one from CustomerThermometer.
Today I have setup an gatway so I can have this report update at 10am each day autimaticly issue I'm faceing is in the Data source credentials tab I can't get CustomerThermometer to work. Am I missing somthing?
@v-yingjl That's exactly what I mentioned in my previous reply to turn on that feature on the gateway.

@Snowy34 also in gateway admin settings, turn this option on

Try to download enterprise gateway and configure a web connection for your data source, choose the suitable authentication method:

@Snowy34 what happens when you click Edit Credentials? Can you select it is "Anonymous"
