Customer name data not showing in report

Not sure what to make of it. Customer name is populated in the arcust table, but does not populate in reports. Custno is the driver of the report and is in the artran file, wanting to see what customer that is, so linked to arcust table. This is what I get.

@sbmeder ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
