Customer Service Analytics for Dynamics 365 NO DATA SET

Good afternoon 

 

We have installed the Customer Service Analytics for Dynamics 365 addon and signed in with our company logins. Everything installed and the dashboard is in front of us however, it doesn't have any dataset? I thought this package pulled all information in from Dynamics 365.. how do I apply the data?

     After researching, there is no good idea to give you. I would suggest you open a support ticket to get dedicated support from the Microsoft personally.
