Customer Categorization based on % or orders

Hi,

Need to create a filter visual customer category based on total orders.

Categories are based on customer's orders 

Categories are based on % of orders.

VIP Customer: % of the order greater than 10%

Regular Customer: Customers in the 5% to 10% range

Traders Customers: Bottom 5% of customers

We need to create the below filters based on the above logic

Location: treats each location as separate

Any help on how to create DAX will be highly appreciated.
