Custom visual thumbnails not visible

 

As you can see below, I go to import a custom visual and the thumbnail images and images when you click into the visual are not visible.  Anyone know what's going on here and how to fix?

    Hi ninky1982,

     

    I test on my side and these thumbnails image works well.(Version: 2.53.4954.621 64-bit December 2017)


    Which version of desk top your used? Have you try check on network connect state/clear the cache and test again?
