Custom tooltip for buttons?

This isn't currently possible. I presume this is due to the fact that the function of a button isn't traditionally informational.

You could possibly find a visual that allows a tooltip page to be connected, make it transparent, and place it over a portion of your button so as not to block the action of clicking, but I'm clutching at straws here and it's not the sort of gymnastics I'd necessarily want to undertake myself.

From my test, you could put some designed icons to button along with text,but could not custom buttons currently.
