Custom sort based on another column does not works correctly !
It is observed that sometimes when sorting a particular column based on some another column, error is thrown which was not the case in Excel 2013 for custom sort
Hi Ashish. You should only get the same error in Excel, we're using the same logic to determine sort by. You need to make sure that the values in the Employee map m:1 with the Days column. If you can share the pbix file then we can investigate.

How do I get power bi to display the values in a bar chart by value rather than alphabetically by the legend ?
