ghoshabhijeet Does the other user have Roboto installed on their system?
ghoshabhijeet I am 99% certain that is your issue. Without the font being installed on the local system, it will revert back to a default like Times new roman, etc.

I have the exact same issue. Has anyone found a way to solve this?
I am surprised that web fonts are not visible in the online version of Power BI. We use "Poppins" (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Poppins).
