Custom drill down button
Yes, you could create bookmarks and add a "bookmark navigator" to the page, which will display as buttons.

I understand that you would like to create a more intuitive and obvious way for drilling down in Power BI, similar to the nice-looking slider in Spotfire. While Power BI does not have a built-in slider feature for drill-down, you can create drill-through buttons to enhance the discoverability of important drill-through scenarios in your reports.
