I think you will need to republish the files.

I create a sample with June version of Desktop. It works fine in my site. You could download it to have a try. 

Can you download a latest version of Desktop? If yes, you could install to try again. And if you can reproduce the issue in a new sample. Please share it with us. Then we can test and understand more clearly.

What version of power bi desktop you are using.

The Power bi wed data set is not showing the columns that i created yesterday. There are so many other columns that I created earlier are working just fine. But the new ones are not coming up.
