Custom boundaries on map

You can consider customizing the map.

In Power BI Desktop, ensure the Shape map visual is enabled and select it from the Visualizations pane.

Under Map settings in the Format pane, select Custom map, then choose Add a map type and upload your TopoJSON file.

Drag your data fields (e.g., Zipcode and Area ID) onto the appropriate buckets to display your custom boundaries.
