So the custom visuals are awesome and all, but how do we know if we are using the most current version?
I've had the experience where I was using an older version of a custom visual for a few weeks, then downloaded it again from the gallery only to realize that it had new set of formatting features.
How does this process of mainting up-to-date versions of custom visuals work? Do we just have to keep checking the gallery to see if new versions have been uploaded?
I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.
Thanks!
Does anyone know the answer to this? Solution or Best Practice?
I'm facing the same issue here, with Synoptic Panel. There doesn't appear to be any functionality in Power BI Desktop that I can find, nor are there any obvious file properties on the .pbiviz files to look at.
