Custom Visual not publishing to dashboard

I have created a visual with the Card with States custom visual and when I publish it to a dashboard for others to see it is not showing up at all. Could anyone help me out here?

    Hi hhammeren,

     

    I didn't encounter this issue. The users I shared with can view this custom visual successfully.

     

    In your scenario, did this visual display correctly on report page and dashboard after publishing to service? Did this visual show blank or disappear after sharing with others? Did those users can view other dashboard tiles successfully? Did this problem occur whatever whom you share dashboard with? Could you republish it to service and pin to dashboard for a test?
