Custom Tooltips Go Blank After Highlighting in Another Visual

Hi. I have linked a pretty simple PBIX with three bar charts displaying 5 measures. I have included custom tooltip pages for the stacked bar and clustered bar charts.   Here is the strange phenomen...

Govardhan, I did not; I left it out there as a votable idea. But I did not try to promote it, so there are no votes other than my own. šŸ˜ž I also abandoned that exhibit, which demontrated the issue.
