Custom Number Format for the Numerical Fields in Power BI
Dear Experts Thanks for your support in advance. Can i use following format in Power BI which works in excel [>=10000000]##\,##\,##\,##0;[>=100000] ##\,##\,##0;##,##0

Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Create calculated column.
Column = IF([Column1]<10000000, ","&MID([Column1],LEN([Column1])-6,2)&","&MID([Column1],LEN([Column1])-4,2)&","&RIGHT([Column1],3), LEFT([Column1],LEN([Column1])-6)&","&MID([Column1],LEN([Column1])-4,2)&","&RIGHT([Column1],3))2. Result:

Use custom format strings in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
You can also use FORMAT to achieve the Indian number display.
Measure =
var yournumber = <your number here>
var twoples = ROUNDUP((LOG10(yournumber)-3)/2,0)
var fmt = REPT("##\,", twoples) & "###.00"
return FORMAT(yournumber, fmt)
