Hi Community folks,
I have some custom matrix report request, I don't know is it possible to do in Power BI matrix report. So, please help me if some on has done this kind of report building before. So, below image is the report specification:

but in Power BI matrix report has either this format

or this format 

please help me to get the correct format if someone has resolved this kind of formatting before.
