Custom Map visual for remote maps
Is there any FREE visual that allows for custom remote maps? AKA (URL reference maps) We used to use okviz synoptic panel but now their visual is not free and is not certfied by power bi anymore.

Below is the custom map visual which is certified by microsoft but it is under Preview feature:
