Custom Map Visual for Directions?

I've found bits and pieces of this information around the web, but I'm fairly certain that almost none of this is possible in Power BI. My firm seems to want to use Power BI in a way that it isn't really intended. Here's what they want: 

• Put photos on map locations
• Create a custom legend using photos to represent people/projects instead of colors
• Use a map visual to create GPS directions between map points/addresses

Please confirm whether I'm right in thinking we need another solution for these things. (If so, any recs for what that app/program should be?)

Based on my test, all of there are not supported yet currently.

You can come up a new idea about that and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
