Hi All,
I want to have a customize KPI visual wherein it changes depending on the category scores and targets.
I have categories wherein not all lower than goal is good or higher than goal is good. I have categories wherein a mix of categories have lower than goal is bad(e.g revenue, attendance), lower than goal is good (e.g customer complaints, costs), higher than goal is good(e.g profit, customer satisfaction), and higher than goal is bad(e.g spending, waste). My question is, how do I set-up the KPI visual to follow these for rules for each category rather than just having a fix rule for all?
If it's not possible on the KPI visual, atleast on the table form. I created table with "state column" but the results are wrong. See below for example.
Thank you!
Kind Regards,
Matt
