Custom Format Comma Position of a Currency: AED

I am using custom Format string for Currency for AED as below

"AED "#,0.###############;#,0.############### -"AED";"AED" #,0.###############

Output for above: AED 1,23,456.78

But the client wants output in this Format: AED 1,234,567,899.12

Please suggest.
