datanerd21 it is surely a bug, maybe report this an issue. For now, just enter the custom format string straight in the format section.

    Thanks parry2k . I didn't know that same option was available there. I was using the Model tab because I couldn't use format section before.

     

    Funny enough, even typing the method you have in your screenshot it formats it like "Mmm dd" which looks like "M03 14"... I have to actually type something then "mmm dd" then delete the first M because it seems to want to auto capitalize the first letter you type.. so glitchy..
