Custom Date Slicer

Hi Everyone,

 

I want to create a custom date slicer in power bi, where I have already created a date presets, now i need show the data between two selected date slicers and parallely I need to compare the YOY date using below slicers. 

Is it possible to make this functionality happen.

Yes, but you need another dim date table for comparison with same slicer .

Hi  @thumma

I had faced a similar problem before where I needed to compare two different selections. The final solution I found was to upgrade the slicer I was using to compare the ranges. While doing research I found out about a Date slicer called Date Picker by Powerviz. 

It has this feature to select dates between two and more ranges simultaneously.
