Logically that looks perfect but a followup question is where would I input that logic?
I created a custom column and then I get this Custom Column prompt which I'll attach below. Within this prompt, I get errors trying similar logic as you posed to I'm guessing that I'm not entering the information in the right area?

in PowerBI in tab Modeling click on New Column. And then insert the DAX code I've sent you.
