Custom Charts In Desktop

Hi Team,

We are facing issue when we import custom charts into Power BI desktop. The charts are getting disappeared every now and then. It is happening from latest update?

Could you please help me in resolving this as this is affecting my deliverables.

Custom Chart Disappearing

I am also facing the same issue. While import the custom visuals is fine, but after some time these visuals are dissapering.

Hi @santhoshkj ,

Can you tell me the circumstances under which you have had this problem?

I've done a test myself and didn’t appear problem, this is my process:

I choose the “Get more visual”

And import one custom visual, it can appear well:

So I'm curious if there's anything I've missed in my process or that's inconsistent with yours?

And I'm also curious which visual you chose?

I should be able to help you better if you can tell me some of the steps in detail.
