Custom Calendar

How can i make a custom calendar but taking first month of each quarter with 5 weeks and the subsequent quarters to be 4 weeks each.?
For example January will have 5 weeks
Feb & Mar will be 4 weeks each
Then second quarter :
April with 5 weeks and so on?
