Current FY vs Previous FY

Hi,

I'm struggling with a measure that I need to create.

Our financial period runs from 01/09 to 31/08

I need to report the Current FY.  For that, I'm using a Fiscal CurrYearOffset Date table field and that is working fine, however, I also need to report within our financial window of 01/09 to 31/08 for the previous year, for the same period this year.  Does anyone know a way of achieving this?

Hi @grega - can you try the below measure as per FYCY

Current FYTD Sales =
CALCULATE(
[Total Sales],
DATESYTD(
'Date'[Date],
"08/31"
)
)

Create another measure for FYPY

Previous FYTD Sales =
CALCULATE(
[Total Sales],
DATESYTD(
SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('Date'[Date]),
"08/31"
)
)

Try the above logic , let know

Hi,  Thanks for the response.  no data is being returned when using the measure.

It looks like this is an issue with the Date Table I'm using.
