Cumulative sum with gaps in axis

Hello all,   I am working with cumultavies over time but instead of months I am calculating cumulatives based on  diffrence of two months [Completion_Vs_Contract] this is as well in my axis however...

CALCULATE (
    [Settlements],
    FILTER (
        ALL (
            Terminations[Completion_Vs_Contract]
        ),
        Terminations[Completion_Vs_Contract] <= MAX ( Terminations[Completion_Vs_Contract] )
    )
) * 
DIVIDE( [Settlements], [Settlements] )

    Add divide function with your calculation and that will do it.
