Cumulative not working

Anonymous Likely need an ALL in your formula somewhere to override filter context but not enough to go on to be certain. Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?

2. Expected output from sample data

Create a Calculate Column with:

Cumulative stocks = Calculate(sum([Balance]), Filter(Table,[Posting Date]<=earlier([Posting Date])))
