Cumulative count of records each month

I have a requirement of showing number of users registered till date for each project
My data is something like below

User	Project	Request Date
User 1	Project 1	1 Jan 2023
User 2	Project 1	2 Jan 2023
User 3	Project 2	1 Jan 2023
User 4	Project 1	3 March 2023
User 5	Project 2	23 March 2023

I need to show this data in report as 

Project	Jan	Feb	March
Project 1	2	2	3
Project 2	1	1	2

Can you help me creating a measure for getting the cumilative count for each month?
