Cumulative Sum by week by month by year

Hi,

 

I am trying to create a measure that cumulatively sums up Sales value by week by month by year.   I have a generic Dates table that has a one to many relationship with sales table below.  Cumulative column is what I am after.  Some assistance will be highly appreciated.  Thank you.

@Gene_NZ ,  Hope you have date table with one to many single-directional relation. 

The week ending should be there in date table. Slicer, visual and measure should use the date table

 

Try measures like

 

Cumm Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),filter(all('Date'),'Date'[date] <=max('Date'[date])))

 

Cumm Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),filter(allselected(date),date[date] <=max(date[Date])))

Cumm Based on Date = CALCULATE([Net], Window(1,ABS,0,REL, ALL('date'[date]),ORDERBY('Date'[date],ASC)))

Cumm Based on Date = CALCULATE([Net], Window(1,ABS,0,REL, ALLSELECTED('date'[date]),ORDERBY('Date'[date],ASC)))
