Cumulative SUMX of Value by Week and WeekNumber Not working properly

Hi,

I am trying to have the cumulative sum on the last day of my week (day 7 = saturday) and it is working till a certain date. I have values showing up that don't even exists in my data (nb accidents/incidents = 0).

Here is my function and 3 screenshots to explain the situation : 

Nb_Acc_Hebdo = SUMX(FILTER('SST (3)';WEEKNUM('SST (3)'[Date]) = WEEKNUM(EARLIER('SST (3)'[Date])) && 'SST (3)'[Date] <= EARLIER('SST (3)'[Date]));'SST (3)'[Nb Accidents/Incidents(3)])

It looks like above formula returns correct cumulative total. What is your desired output? Please illustrate with examples.
