Anonymous , first of all you should join date of date of your table and try a measure like. Make sure you have date and month year column in date Table

 

CALCULATE (Averagex(Values('Date'[Month Year]), [MATTER KEY COUNT]), DATESYTD ( Date'[Date] ) )
