Cross tab report on my data

Hi Team,

 

I have a requirement for my data,below screen print is my data

from this data i want to show column name fileds should come top of old value and new value,each column name i have 3 fields ,

 

for this 3 fields old_value and new_value need to display.can you please help me on this.

You can use the Transpose and Use First Row as Headers function in Query Editor to transform the original table as following video.
