Cross filter drillthrough Not working

Hi,

Try to use Cross Filter but not working.

I've have gone into Options > Report Settings and set Allow Visuals in this report to use drill through to on for both Source and Target file.

Used the source report (AWS Source - Grand Dash) where i want to drilll from subcategory bar chart (down left) to the target page (AWS Detail) . Both have the same columns and table names.

Attached the screenshots.

I have published both reports and gone to the top report. Right clicked on the visual but no drill through.

why not working? 1.PNG2.PNG

Hi,  @Royg1989

Based on your issue description and pre-setttings descripted, it seems you have managed to set the pre-configuration requirement needed for the "Cross-report" drill through feature for both source report and target report. But the "Cross-report" drill through option still not show up when you right-click on it.

If convenient, would you like to kindly refer to this official document link again and make sure you have overcame all the limitation/pre-requirement of this feature, escapailly this one:

Use cross-report drillthrough in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If true, please consider access the Power BI with your browser's private window and edit the credential again to open your target report again to press on Ctrl+F5 for a clear cache refresh for the browser and test the "Cross-report" drill through option again to check if it can be available now?

Thank you for your time and sharing, and thank you for your support and understanding of PowerBI!

Best Regards,

Aniya Zhang
