Credentials Error when updating dataset in report only

Hello,

I am getting this error when I try to update the dataset only when viewing in the desktop app, but does not update the published report associated with the dataset. 

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

I am using an Excel Spreadsheet saved on onedrive for the data and am logged in using organizational credentials.  I have tried resetting credentials, among many other things and cannot get the published report to update.
