Credential issue when connecting to the data source from SharePoint

Hi, All

I recently travelled to China and the PowerBI desktop version doesn't connect to the data sources on the SharePoint website anymore. I signed in using the correct credential but when I try to refresh the data sources, it says that I have already signed in but the credential is invalid. Since I never encountered this issue before, I assume that it's the change of location but i could be wrong. Anyone has any idea of what might be the potential issue and what is the solution?Thank you very much!

    Hey Anonymous 

     

    Are you able to access the sharepoint link directly?

    Also, make sure no security constraints like bitlocker.

    Try going to manage credentials,remove the existing entry and login again as if you are doing for the first time. This is to ruleout any possibility of power bi caching the old/incorrect credentials.

      1.Yes I can access the sharepoint links!

      2. I checked the secuirty setting and it says that BitLocker Drive Encryption is on. Is this the reason? This is set by the company so I can't really change it. 

      3. Are you saying data source setting - editing permission - delete credential?
