Hi Anonymous 

Do users open the pbix file locally? 

In the first configuration, have you connected the sql database using Windows credentials, or database ones?

Did it work ?  ‌‌ Mark it as a solution to help spreading knowledge

Yep, users open the pbix file locally.

In the first configuration, I use the database credentials
