Creation and closed ticket count

Hi ,

I need creation and closed tickets date wise but I am getting wrong count.  03/06/2023 creation is 5 and closed tickets 8 like that we need  count in Power BI.

Here 05/26/2023 Created count is 65 and in that day tickets closed 99 but here it is showing 42. Not showing complete count 99 .. Need to show creation count 65 and closed count is 99. Could you please on this .

  • Hi Pavani,

I am not sure how you are getting these count. But the ideal way to get right numbers is

    1. Create separate date table and use date from this table in the visual.

    2. Create one active and inactive relationship with Created Date & Closed Date.

    3. Use "USE Relationshi" funciton to get right count for inactive relationship date.

    Please refer below link

    Appreciate a Kudos! ‌‌
